HELLO, My name is Yolanda and I am a licensed, certified and experienced special education and math teacher recently from Denver, CO. I have been teaching math for 5+ years at many levels including middle school algebra, high school algebra, geometry, trigonometry and modified math. I have tutored people in math at many levels including college, high school and middle school. I like helping people one-on-one and exploring curriculum through the eyes of different types of learners. The people I have tutored in the past said they liked how I break things down in easier steps, how I can explain things in many different ways and use more hands on and literal approaches to abstract ideas.
